How does Reel Deal mount to my pontoon?

Reel Deal leverages the eyelets on your pontoon to mount securely. If your pontoon does not have eyelets, we have a mounting kit available. Without eyelets, Reel Deal will mount directly to your pontoon.

How does Reel Deal Roller mount to my dock?

Reel Deal mounts to your dock with custom brackets made by us. The brackets come in several sizes to accommodate most dock fittings.

Can I use any brand floating water mat?

Reel Deal accommodates most brands of foam floating water mats, Lily Pad, O’Brien Water Carpet, Overton’s, and more!

What size mat does Reel Deal hold?

Reel Deal can accommodate a floating water mat of 6 feet wide and any length. Most water mats are approximately 1 3/8 inches thick and range from 9’ to 18’ in length.

What size pontoon does Reel Deal accommodate?

Reel Deal can mount to any pontoon! It can be installed on pontoon eyelets if the distance between the pontoons is 76-78 inches. Alternatively, our custom brackets are designed to mount the Reel Deal directly to your pontoon deck.

My boat is a different style and size, do you have alternate or custom sizes available?

As we continue to develop Reel Deal product line, we will add more sizing and options. Currently, we only make one size Reel Deal, with two mounting options. Can I trailer my pontoon with Reel Deal mounted?

You can trailer your pontoon with Reel Deal mounted. We do! However, you should NOT leave your floating water mat rolled onto your Reel Deal while trailering. Secure the mat inside your covered boat or inside your vehicle.

How much weight can Reel Deal support?

Reel Deal can support up to 35 pounds. The largest floating water mats weigh approximately 33 pounds.

Are installation tools included?

No, tools are not included. All other materials required for install are included.

What tools are needed for install?

You will need one 5/32" allen wrench, two 1/2" wrenches - two 1-1/8" wrenches or large adjustable wrenches.

Will Reel Deal Rust?

No, Reel Deal is made with 100% heavy aluminum and is rust-proof.

What is the return or exchange policy?

We hope you are happy with your Reel Deal purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original components included.
